Here is the mental process we might have when deciding to work with you (and not for you):
- I trust and admire the greatness of the mind of the leader.
-I'll be working on great ideas or vision
-I can get a chance to contribute to this vision or idea, so as it can continue to be great
-Be on an impactful part in working to make that vision a reality
-Given a chance to start other great things in the organization
-I'm trusted that I can do a good job
Something to note from these ambitious people if they decide not to work “for” you:
-Most of the time they are clouded with ego, as in some ways they try to push forward their "name" in everything instead of the cause.
-They are always dissatisfied with their life—you are smart how comes you can’t do cool stuff?
There is something else cool than a mere title.
