A system which increases the odds of me getting most of the thing I want is based on making daily goals.
The flow:
Annual goals:
-The general direction I want to go.
-Based on my interests
Monthly evaluations:
-Where are we?
-I’m just looking back for evaluations if this is still the right track
Daily goals:
-Forget about everything else—my dreams or even grand goals
-Focus on finishing what I planned today no matter what.
Weekly planning:
-This is where I set things to do on Monday to Sunday
-Designed more for things in a day to be a little bit over my edge. I can go in high speed without realizing by having plans like these.
Core truths applied:
-I can get the most in whatever I’m doing if I stick with it for a very long time.
If I look back in time, it’s obvious If I did that one thing until today, I would have been far ahead
Consistency as my armor.
-Forget your big dreams and grand goals. These are distractions what’s needed are actions.
Your big dreams bring stress to you as you always daydream about them, with rush you want to get everything tomorrow. You lose focus on what’s important: today
The score will take care of itself well if you focus on what to do today.
-Weekly, monthly and annual plans are vague.
If you finish that today you know you have contributed something which can be touched.
